Initial Inventory/Backup (Microsoft Windows)

Required prior to Quarterly Maintenance Package

Includes:

• Inventory of Hardware and Software
• Check configuration of Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware & Firewall software. Install freeware versions if not installed.
• Check configuration of primary browser (usually Internet Explorer).
• Check configuration of Windows Operating system.
• Apply required Microsoft maintenance for Windows, if necessary.
• Create DVD (4GB max) or CD (700MB max) backup of client-specified critical data.
• 1 hour hourly-rate support credit (expires after 3 months).

Quarterly Maintenance (Microsoft Windows)

$250.00/quarter

Starts 3 months after Initial Inventory/Backup package.

Includes:

• Review configuration of Anti-Virus, Anti-Spyware, Firewall, primary browser & Windows Operating system.
• Apply required Microsoft maintenance for Windows, if necessary.
• Create DVD (4GB max) or CD (700MB max) backup of client-specified critical data.
• 2 hours hourly-rate support credit (expires after 3 months).

Travel Fee (based upon distance from my location):

Within 10 mile radius

No charge

10 mile radius or larger

$0.50/mile for round-trip mileage above 20 miles
(e.g., 40 miles round-trip travel fee is calculated as
   (40-20) x $0.50 = 20 x $0.50 = $10.00 travel fee

Pick-up/Delivery Fee (based upon distance from my location):

Within 10 mile radius

$10.00/Notebook computer
$20.00/Desktop computer (includes reconnection of devices)

10 mile radius or larger
